This dessert is decadent, delicious, and gluten free, what’s not to love? It’s simple and fun to make and is sure to be a crowd favorite. Goodie girl cookies make it so easy to keep your desserts gluten free and delicious. My friend Maya and I baked these the other night and they were a perfect treat to enjoy, while we binged The Act on Hulu during a girls night in.
I've had Goodie Girl cookies on occasion, as they are sold at my local Starbucks in the snack pack sizes. However, I recently received a package with a variety of their other products and had the chance too try the Mint Slims (think Thin Mints but better), the Fudge Striped cookies, and some Birthday Cake sandwich cookies. I love these cookies and am sure you will too whether or not you follow a Gluten Free diet.
